Crying Eagle Brewing Company

They have car shows there pretty often and its coffee and donuts every time. I LOVE IT!!!

Took a day trip over to the brewery from Orange, Texas, where I was visiting the in-laws. Beer was great a good selection of styles, Wit, Pils, IPAs. Had the flight and a couple of samples. All good. The food was fantastic. We had a pizza, burger, hot chicken, and some pretzels. Hot chicken was really hot, not pretend hot like most places. We will be making this a regular stop when we are in this part of the world.

Been a supporter of this spot since it opened. It's the best tap room in the state hands down. It's big, multi-storied, and hosts a regular rotation of events. I know that's far from a small accomplishment. They've been great to Lake Charles.The glaring issue is that they're becoming more and more focused on the venue aspect. Having the focus they have on that is far from bad, but it's making a blite on their name as a brewery at this point. Let's also be honest and say, that aspect needed to be worked on first.If alienating patrons by turning them away after they've traveled to be there for the brewery itself, and not a mediocre concert, is the way this place is going then I'm throwing the towel in.There's also been the issue of how overpriced the beer is compared to the general market and for FAR less on quality product.Hope them the best, honestly, I know it's a tough business, but you lost me and I know of plenty others.

First time the crying eagle. First time to see Tab Benoit. Our food came out quickly, The sweet heat chicken pizza was amazing. The jalapeño curds were delicious. Dom at the bar fixed us up quick with some good spirits. Madison who was at the merch table (works there part time) Make her full time she went above the call to find the shirt I wanted.Only complaint put your beer tents in the back of big/small wood decks very inconvenient to see the stage from the small deck and tables over the tents.
