Lake Cathie Tavern

I had a wonderful time at the local restaurant! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. They also host a fantastic raffle on Friday nights. Plus, there are plenty of outdoor tables available for smokers.

The food was delightful, and the drinks were reasonably priced. I ordered the chicken burger, which was huge and made for an excellent meal. My partner enjoyed the vegetarian tacos, which she couldn't stop raving about. While we were there, they held meat raffles to support the local marine rescue, and they also offered free trivia. Some previous reviews mentioned that the food wasn't very good, but I can confidently say that what we had was fantastic.

I was doing some work on my laptop, but I still enjoyed this lovely little pub. The atmosphere is very friendly.

Hey people well done at the reopening. the eating was jum, had the nitrty! dear that they have mud house on tap, the wine and beer selection is great. They look forward to live music and trivia on the track. .lake cathie really needs something and they have the potential to be it, please don't fall the ball as I am excited to make this my local.

Friendly staff, cheap meals, hopefully better when the renovation is finished, a family with children sitting right next to the bar for dinner was unpleasant, Reno's seem to be taken very long.
