The restaurant may not have any issues with their food quality, but their parking, drive-thru, and customer service abilities are lacking. It might be better to opt for delivery instead of dining in.

Great news! I noticed new staff working at this Panera Bread location and the difference is already amazing. I brought my 3-month-old baby this morning to pick up a large breakfast order and decided to go inside since quick pick-up wasn't available through the app. A helpful employee didn't hesitate to assist me, explaining that they were short-staffed but would do their best to quickly serve me through the drive-thru. This experience gave me hope for this place as I had never had a friendly or efficient visit here before. In the past, with hardly anyone in the restaurant, it was a struggle to get the correct order amidst an unpleasant atmosphere. However, on 6/30/2022, my recent visit to this Panera Bread location was disappointing once again, with yet another missing element in my order. It seems I have never received a complete order at this place.

This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a fresh meal. The sandwiches are consistently delicious and the chicken soup is a standout dish. The bread is always freshly baked and the space is kept clean. The only downside is the difficulty in finding parking and the limited availability of certain items if you go later in the day.

I only like a couple of things from here, only because it's not my normal style of food. But the food is always good.

Chef chicken sandwich cold, dry bread, dry, small piece of chicken, no sauce, almost tasteless! With 1 oz chips. EXPENSIVE!! We've never been more dissatisfied with a meal NEVER AGAIN!!
