Castaway Cafe - Lahaina

This restaurant was absolutely stunning! The service was quick; my group arrived right after opening, and we received our food within just 10 minutes of ordering. I had the Aloha pancakes, and they were fantastic! The breakfast menu is somewhat limited, but the quality is definitely there. This charming little spot right on the beach is definitely worth visiting for a great (and reasonably priced) breakfast!

I think this place is underrated! While some of the staff can be a bit rude—especially the older lady at the reception—other staff members, like Tracy and Noah, are incredibly charming. The food offers great value, and I highly recommend the cocktails, especially their mimosa with guava seed juice! The portions are smaller compared to other places, but everything is well-cooked and tastes fresh. The ambiance is beautifully designed, making it a great spot to visit at any time. Kudos to them!

The food was excellent, and the restaurant was surprisingly busy for an early Tuesday. I can only imagine how packed it will be when the island is at full capacity. The Eggs Benedict was a fantastic choice, and my kids absolutely loved the pancakes!

Nice place to eat over the sea view. We had the avocado poke for a starter and fish tacos for dinner. Both dishes were amazing. The Mai Tai’s were good and strong. The kids had the grill cheese with fries. The fries are great. Eric was our waiter who made our culinary experience even better. Eric constantly came to our table and asked how the food was and when we needed more drinks, he also interacted with our children who are always good to see.

Showed up for breakfast and was in line about 20 minutes before opening. By the time they opened there was a line of over 50 people in line already, this is the place to be for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty. Make sure to stop by here for dinner when they are playing live music as well.
