Great staff and everyone is so nice! Everything's always fresh when I'm handed over.

Way better than the terrible breakfast experience at the great wolf lodge breakfast place. I've never liked their coffee much but the donuts were very fresh and really good, as were the breakfast sandwiches.

This location does not serve items posted on their menu. Meaning the menu posted above your head- in your face- when you are standing in line. Waited in line for 15 min for a specific coffee item that was listed on the menu only for them to tell me they don?t carry that item here- ever. Not impressed with this great wolf lodge so far. Have stayed at the one in Grapevine TX 6 other times before this and the customer service and quality at that facility blows this one out of the water.

The restaurant mentioned they close at 9, but their website states they close at 10. If the closing time is indeed 10, then they should update their website accordingly.

The staff is quite friendly, but they really need to improve their speed when serving customers. I understand that they are frequently training new employees, and they need time to learn, but effective time management is essential in the coffee industry.
