Cook Out - Lagrange

The customer service at Cookout has declined significantly in a short amount of time. The workers are not friendly and seem short with customers. There is always something missing or wrong with my order, or I am charged extra for something that is not even included in my bag when I get home. I do not think I will be spending my money here anymore.

I generally enjoy Cookout, but there are usually a few hiccups. However, finding a bread twist in my burger was not something I expected when I went to add sauce. I am only giving it two stars because thankfully I didn't take a bite of it and it should still be edible.

There's no way this wrap only has 501 calories with such a small amount of chicken. This is probably the worst chicken wrap I've ever had from a restaurant. They are really skimping on the chicken here. I was not happy with the portion size of the wrap or the fries. I should have ordered a corn dog or a chicken quesadilla instead, but who knows, those might have been disappointing too.

This is the first time in a while since I've eaten at Cookout burger so I thought I'd try their premium burger. The meat is about as small as the meat on a Big Mac,grant it the Cook out burger is about a dollar and half cheaper. The onion rings definitely had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I won't be doing Cook out again.

The Cookout has the best cheese curds! I could eat my weight in those things. Staff was super friendly and our meal was cooked to order. Great experience!
