Wendy's - Lafayette

Why? Why is it hard to remember the sauce for the nuggets? the last 4 times I went to this place, they forgot the sauce. I just want my order (which I have paid and courted) to be correct. it's almost a sweat at this point.

Chris, the general manager, accused me of lying and trying to get free food just because I mentioned that my order was ready 30 minutes early. He insisted that they couldn't replace orders that cost $20-30. I'm not sure how this became my problem, but I had a terrible experience with their mobile ordering system. I won't be returning to this franchise location. They really need to clarify that orders aren’t accepted until you arrive.

It's Wendy's. Generally, they get my order right, though there are a few locations where it occasionally gets messed up. The lines tend to be slow, but I've had a few exceptional experiences where I was impressed by how quickly they served me.

Never had issues with Wendy's, but tonight's order was messed up and stuff forgotten. Went back messed up again. ?‍
