Subway - Lafayette

I had a valid coupon, but the store refused to honor it. The clerk explained that the franchise owner for all locations in Lafayette no longer accepts any coupons, even though the expiration date on the coupon flyer is not until 8/20/22. There was no effort to address the misleading advertising, and they shifted the blame to corporate. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I think it's time to find a new deli.

The new menu is quite good, but the six free sandwiches were not available on July 12th.

They send out coupons in the mail but don’t honor them. I won't be returning. I’ll be going to Jimmy John's from now on. This is not a good way to run a business.

The coworker was friendly, and the sandwiches were well made, but it took absolutely forever to go through the process.

This subway rocks everything always looks fresh and customer service is great.
