O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Lafayette

I ordered a family dinner that was terrible. The chicken was far over boiled and the macaroni side was the size that would get 1 person in the restaurant as a side. We tried to order a few times before and there is always a problem. Did?t check online order for the first time, Hostess didn't know where the food was the last time. Definitely needs better management.

I truly struggled about leaving a review. For our town I think it?s necessary! My husband and I stopped for a late lunch yesterday. He ordered chop steak with smashed potatoes and a house salad, I ordered balsamic chicken with smashed potatoes and a house salad. We were served over cooked rolls, which the waitress acknowledged and said whenever they had fresh ones she would bring us some. When we got our meal she held mine in front of me and said I?m sorry they are out of the balsamic sauce that was supposed to be over your chicken so I can get you something different if you want. It was the tiniest piece of chicken I think I?ve ever seen, it had tomatoes and it was supposed to be asparagus on top and it was a little cut up pieces of asparagus stems and the most giant serving of smashed potatoes that were brown and crusty. I took one bite and that was it for my meal because it was horrifying I couldn?t even tell what the taste was. My husband?s chop steak was purple/gray with nasty over salty packaged gravy and he had the same gross potatoes. Both of our salads were wilty. We tipped the waitress and left absolutely an edible.

Andrew was a very friendly and thorough server! Our visit was much better for him this time! Fast service! After effects of COVID have certainly stayed in all restaurants, but it is good to see OCharleys is back!

The best food there ever today! I got Steak-Cid and it was delicious. Tiffany was my server and beat sugar free syrup in my water and it was amazing. I can't have caffeine or sugar, ask your server. Server was attentive, friendly and fast. Will recommend friends!

I have no photos to publish, but I'm not happy. Our server was almost completely absent. Our food was cold. The soda was flat. My ribs were not sown properly. The Mac and Cheese side dish was terrible, but the kids Mac and cheese delicate bowl was decent. Why the difference? The server never asked us what my friend wanted her steak. We wanted to order cocktails halfway, but were neglected. That was my first and probably last O'Charley's experience.
