Bauerncafé - Laatzen

We were in the caffeine for the first time, had a good impression and ordered us therefore cake, coffee and tee. Unfortunately, the piece was fried with the ****, not as they imagined. the beaten protein was great from above in the color, but within a raw white cream. the floor was not reasonably baked and therefore also glittering. my discreet complaint was first well received by a worker. but the result of the complaining was not so good, and so I asked to speak the hals. I once again explained my complaint, which was danced immediately and directly by the “Chair”. I was happy with " professional " back rules and my anesthesia was ignored. my annoyed was with the fact that I can still drink, then pay and get the notice that we can go and don't have to come back. “You can do without such guests” we do. we will not come back. the “Koch” should also learn from the encounter, perhaps by visiting a seminar or the like and learn how to deal with customers and, above all, how to deal with complaints. Maybe the big cook should also think of his small chef in caffeine whether he has the right man in front of him.

Always when I visit the bauernkaffe there they get the biggest torten pieces, no matter which torte they ordered, they all taste great my favorites is the book wine variety. it is a tastefully decorated coffee so beautiful in the bauernstiel. the staff is always friendly and helpful for a few days, but is it always closed, nothing serious?

Very cozy furnished with a beautiful winter garden. the breakfast was not so the bang, but the lunch table and especially coffee and cake were very delicious. for children, something extra row on the table is also enchanted. As for breakfast, I have to correct myself: there is a delicious buffet with a large selection of cheese, sausage and fish at the weekend. therefore also 5 stars

The bauerncafe is really a very beautiful vacancy. I have already enjoyed some tassen coffee and cake. the cake is baked in the regular itself. the pieces/portion is quite large and the price for this is in order. with beautiful weather can be taken before the location. smoker only out! suitable for wheelchair users!
