Cali Rosina Tea Shop - La Quinta

The customer service at this restaurant needs improvement! I am new in town and had to inquire about the drink options and where to sit. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive, claiming he had no time to assist me. Despite stopping in just 10 minutes before closing, this is no excuse for such behavior. He completely ruined my day and I left without placing an order. I would not recommend dining here.

There are a wide variety of amazing teas and chocolates available at this restaurant, with plenty of options for those following a dairy-free or vegan diet - including dairy-free white chocolate bars and milk chocolate options.

The casserole was deliciously warm, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The older man who came out while I was waiting was also very pleasant. They show a strong appreciation for their community and even directed me to a nearby coffee shop when I mentioned I was craving a local coffee. I absolutely loved the iced jasmine tea, especially with the orange slice and sweetener. The atmosphere of the restaurant was authentic and cozy, it felt like someone had put a lot of love into the place. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area again.

This place is really a juwel. jodie and josh are wonderful warm and friendly people who are a fierce passion for what they do. the personal is always prepared and very knowledgeable about all offered products. I have never had a bad experience here and will be a lifelong customer!

I think we can all agree there is nothing better than iced tea on a hot day and I can confirm it’s only better in the desert heat! Cali Rosina had fresh French press coffee daily but the star of the show is defo the wide selection of different teas to choose from! We tried the Guayasa iced tea, a riff off Yerba mate that is lemony and delicious, the mint mate (the mojito of perfect iced teas), and the coconuts in the grass (coconut matcha latte) which was 10/10 even on a hot day. You can tell all the customers are regulars which gives it such a nice vibe and the staff are truly lovely with the best recommendations!! Cannot wait to come back on our next trip to La Quinta
