Macho's Taco Shop - La Mesa

I ordered a taco salad on August 29, 2023, at 5 PM, but my salad didn't come with the sour cream or guacamole that was supposed to be included. When I asked the cashier for sour cream, she was on her phone, rolled her eyes, and was quite rude as she tossed a tiny cup of sour cream at me. I definitely won't be returning.

The food is quite good, and the service is fast and efficient. The prices are fairly average. While the atmosphere and customer service aren't particularly notable, this place is perfect for takeout.

For years, Machos was our favorite taco place, but it's really disappointing to see how much the food quality has declined. We've tried to give them several chances. The other day, we ordered two Cali burritos, and they just weren't good. Fortunately, their breakfast burritos are typically still decent.

Just called in rn . The woman doesn’t understand what Bien hecho or well done is . What am I supposed to talk like Chinese ? I can’t believe how poor customer service they got in this establishment !

I went on a recommendation. They know their assignment! The food was great and the service was very good!!Parking: Plenty of parking.
