Sobieski no chain restaurant feel here. Huge menu to choose from, simple clean decor, good service and very very good food. A lot of thought and pride went into the food, so that even a simple country fried steak and eggs can taste delicious. It was not a greasy mess, nor did it taste like a greasy mess covered with fat laden gravy. The flavors were wonderful. Comfort food at its best.
