What a wonderful find in Prague with a wide selection of options. From salads to burgers, Vegg Go has everything. You even let your salad types mix so you can try a little of everything!
I wanted to try Vegg a long time ago. I didn't leave me fantastic, cheap food (I had made the vegan goulash with dumplings, Vegan Brownie and a groundless glass at home sodade, extra helpful and friendly staff on this special industry: I love the idea of offering (except other common vegan dishes some traditional Czech meals made vegan the flavors are exactly right, this could be the way to leave more czechs meat at least once a week czech food at a normal price. Can't wait to visit Prague and Vegg again:
Definitely a veg option in the city of Prague. We had our first meal of the day here in the counter cafe across from a park.
The friendly, English speaking 20-something man at the counter explained to me what the options were, since there wasn't a printed menu (later I found out I could've looked on their website . Either you could pay for the weight of various foods (salads? , choose warm meals with rice for 500 CZK (19.50 EUR, a little pricey or a burger (three options: beetroot, falafel or soya, all in the form of a burger (yes, the falafel as well . The burgers cost 99 CZK. I chose the beetroot burger. It was finished quickly, after a nice chat with the aforementioned young man. As you can see from the photos, it was presented well, with lots of fresh ingredients, big, fat tomato slices and a decent amount of vegan mayonnaise. According to their website there should be Tabasco and black pepper on it, but thankfully (since I'm not a fan of either they weren't present, or at least I didn't taste it. So everything was wonderful, except for one important detail: my goodness how salty the burger itself was. I don't easily notice or get bothered by saltiness, but this was on another level. I hope they adjust the amount of salt in the beetroot burger, because it negatively affected an otherwise perfect burger. This is why I'm awarding 4 out of 5 stars, and also because in general it's a little bit pricey by Prague standards, that is if you want to eat anything else than a burger.
