The food was excellent, and there were even more menu options displayed on the boards inside. The handmade gnocchi and cocktails were definitely the highlights of my meal. It’s easily accessible by public transport, and the staff were friendly from beginning to end.

What a wonderful place! The menu is very reasonably priced, and we haven't had a single bad dish. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the drink selection is excellent. They even have a free pool table! Plus, they always offer fantastic specials. The pub garden is dog-friendly too. Highly recommend it!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, featuring a fireplace, a pool table, and both indoor and outdoor seating options. The dinner menu is somewhat limited, but there is a specials board that offers additional selections. (Note that the burger does not come with fries.) The food is delicious, and there is a good variety of beverages available as well.

The food was enjoyable, but the Mother's Day set menu didn't satisfy us. At $165 for three people ($55 per person), it felt overpriced for the meager portions. There was barely enough food for two of us, not three. The music was excessively loud, forcing us to shout just to hear each other. We were eager to leave, especially after waiting until 2:45 PM for a table. It seems like just another pretentious establishment in the inner north that believes being trendy gives them the right to overcharge for small servings of ordinary food and disregard the comfort of their diners. The only silver lining is that with the volume turned up so high, the owners might soon find themselves as deaf as some of their older patrons, who likely won't be coming back.

Overall, it was a delightful experience. I sampled several dishes, all of which were bursting with flavor, and the service was friendly. The weeknight specials offer great value. The music inside can be a bit loud, though. It's definitely a solid choice for dinner and drinks in Preston.
