Great Italian restaurant that's well worth a visit. Domenico and all the staff are very friendly and the kitchen turns out good food in generous portions. There's a traditional pizza oven too. Try the lamb souvlaki or the veal scallopini. Highly recommended.

Celebrated a special occasion with 20+ family members and Phil couldn’t have been more accommodating. Brilliant food, service and fantastically priced. Have been to La Cucina a number of times and will definitely be going back again.

OUTSTANDING! Service impeccable, you have these authentic gorgeous Italian's (with accents might I add) serving you the most amazing fresh, clean, tasty wood fire pizza homemade pasta. Dessert menu to die for! The food was the best Italian I've had in my life nothing I've tried Bayside compares. This will be our regular dinner venue! Reasonable price point too. Very happy!

Consistency at la cucina is taken very seriously, I've been there several times and the freshly homemade pasta and pizza never let me down: loved the special duck ravioli and the prosciutto pizza is likely the best in Melbourne.Services is friendly although it can be very messy but the taste and quality of the food make up for it and the aperol spritz is exactly like the Italian one.This resturant it's a must try for Italian food lovers
