I eat at this place nearly every Friday, and I have a plain burger everytime. They are amazing! They give a generous amount of chips, and are delicious! The prawn chips are nice, and the wait for food isn't long.
Had a craving for a burger and chips so decided to walk to my local fish n chip shop. Very disappointing as my burger essentially had no flavour and there was not enough filling. The chips were also over fried in lots of oil. I will not be going again.
I like a good fish and chip shop, especially one that does good chips, which is what the deciding factor on all take-away shops are, and the Fish Hut's chips aren't all that bad. Mind you, they are really generous servings, much more than what you would get at McDonalds, and could easily satisfy two or three people. Their dim sims aren't all that bad as well. Their souvlaki's are okay, though the one that I had was a little doughy, but these days I do find it hard looking for a place that does do a decent souvlaki. However I wasn't complaining all that much. They aren't the cheapest place around, but you can get a decent sized meal for four for around $35.00. Mind you, this is a take-away shop, so you really can't eat in, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing (though the decent parks are a bit of a hike).
Yummiest flake I've had in Resa, meaty white proper fish, thin crispy batter, nice chips too. I have tried anything else so I can't comment Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Fish Chips
