Fun fact: The original owner, James Laskie named with the place 30 Mill Espresso as that was the amount of coffee that went into each shot! The café is a local favourite and is best known for their exquisite coffee!<br/ <br/ We sat outside as it was a warm day we were brought menus and asked for our coffee orders. We ordered a long black and a chai latté. The coffees were exceptional; they were honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! <br/ <br/ For food, we ordered the Chilli Scrambled which came with bacon, cherry tomatoes, coriander and crispy shallots on sourdough, the Avocado and Feta Smash which came with toast and a beetroot purée, sliced chilli and black sesame seeds and finally, the Miso Mushrooms which came with poached eggs, beetroot hummus, spinach and Japanese seven spice on multigrain with halloumi. <br/ <br/ Our favourite was definitely the Miso Mushrooms they were impeccable. The dish was incredibly wholesome and tasty. I loved the beetroot hummus, I thought it was a great addition to the dish! The Avocado and Feta Smash is a classic dish but the added chilli definitely gave it an extra kick! The Chilli Scrambled was also divine, the eggs were also cooked to perfection and the bits of bacon were crunchy and delectable. <br/ <br/ The waitress was very friendly and attentive and made our overall experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for having us today 30 Mill Espresso, we cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu!<br/ <br/ 30 Mill Espresso is open from 7 am to 4 pm during the week and 8 am to 4 pm on the weekends. They cater for gluten free, vegetarian and kids!
We visited this lovely little cafe in Malvern. Popular with the locals, it’s humble interior make for a great breakfast or lunch experience! We sat outside, and enjoyed our coffees before enjoying the delicious eggs benny, the bubble waffle the corn fritters. The food was all packed with flavour, if I had to recommend defs the eggs benny! It’s served on a potato Rosti which is very tasty!
A cute little cafe in Malvern that specialises in yummy, home baked treats; 30 Mill Espresso is a lovely spot for some coffee and cake. It has a charming quality to it, and the staff are extremely nice.<br/ <br/ A beautiful array of treats and menu items are available, and I've always found the quality to be really high. Coffee is also great. 30 Mill is the type of place that feels homely and welcoming, and the sweet treats will continue to keep you coming back for more.
Lovvvvvve this cosy discreet spot. It is just so understated but the draw card that speaks volumes is their personable service, followed by a PERFECT cup of coffee without fail and there there is the food. There are not too many options but from the selection they do have, is fresh and delicious. My regulars are the pastries on offer, that banana coconut nut loaf as well as the chia pudding perfect start to any day. I can see it is an institution amongst the locals and can get very busy with a queue out the door. It is worth the wait!
I love this little cafe off the back streets of Malvern. Not a big cafe so can be hard if it’s busy but always has a great vibe because of its size. Always good coffee and food. A regular spot my girlfriend and I now go to most weekend
