The service was quite disappointing. Upon our arrival, my team and I were informed that breakfast was served, but throughout the entire weekend, we didn’t even receive water. We also had to wait for one of the rooms to be cleaned before we could check in—do you really wait for guests to arrive before you start cleaning? Additionally, the rooms are in need of some upgrades, particularly room 3, where the bathroom requires urgent repairs. Please address these issues.

When I and my team arrived, we were informed that breakfast was being served, but during my entire weekend stay at the hotel, not even a glass of water was offered. We had to wait for one of the rooms to be cleaned before they could attend to us, as it seemed they prioritized cleaning only when they had customers. Additionally, the rooms are in need of some upgrades—especially room 3, particularly the bathroom.

This restaurant is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. It has been well-maintained for over two decades, which speaks to its quality. I would recommend it to those who want a great experience without spending unnecessarily on luxury. The spacious dining area is located in one of the more popular areas of Kumasi metropolis. You can enjoy a comfortable meal here without breaking the bank, and I believe anyone who visits will appreciate the atmosphere and recommend it to others.

The customer service was lacking. Some rooms did not have air conditioning. They were unable to provide lunch and dinner, and there was no breakfast offered on the weekends.
