Han Court Chinese - Kumasi

I'm beyond impressed with the restaurant for many reasons. Not only was the food some of the best Chinese style food we've had in Kumasi, the staff was the best as well. They were very friendly, professional, and things were done quickly. It's the first place we've been to in Ghana for the two months we've been here that has served us our appetizers before our main dish. Everything was brought out quickly and perfectly cooked. And, to our surprise, it's some of the best Chinese we've had even compared to our normal places in America we go to. I definitely suggest trying to place out if you love Chinese food, or if you're curious to try it for the first time.

It is lovely place to go with the family and have some fun...I really enjoyed the myself.

Tonight was my second time trying out the restaurant and once again I had a very bad experience. It took ages to get a waiter and even that we had to select someone to serve us. They had only 3 tables with customers in the restaurant which does not explain the delay in getting a waiter. With only 2 air conditioners working which was set to 25 degrees they were serving sizzling foods which made the place very stuffy and I was unable to breathe. I asked several times to lower the temperature of the AC but it could not be done. I had to be going in and out of the washroom to be able to breathe. Later developed a cough and had to spend the rest of the night outside due to this. Honestly they should just get fans and turn their non working ACs off. My whole night was ruined

Nice place, serene, easily accessible...but a smoking facility, be warned. Their food is a bit on the costly side. Nice fried rice and noddles as well.
