I read the reviews and she gives out the wrong vibe. Once you start talking to the owner, I found her friendly not only to me that I am white but also my Indonesian partner. The price is consistent with other places on the island, but fish and chips was quite nice. Freshly fried fries and fish filet. The chicken was in a nice light and spicy butter sauce and served with basmati rice. After 2 years pandemic, and no foreign tourists visits this island, I am surprised they are still manage to stay in business.

We stayed a few days on Pulau Kapas at the beginning of the season and that means that not every hotel and restaurant is open and on an island the food in a restaurant costs twice as much as usual. But we found this very beautiful place with friendly staff, an incredible view of the sunset and what is the most important - a really good Mee goreng. A good part at a fair price. When Dessert tried a pancake and I loved it. They opened from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can also enjoy your breakfast there. For example, the Roti Canai with bananas. Our absolute recommendation.

By the sea/jet. The best place to cool the sunset or sunset while playing your children on the beach. Children friendly. Family room with 6 bungalows available. Run by the always friendly Kak Zah man. Great food too.
