Przekaż informację zwrotnąYesterday I went with my son and grandson to have some dessert at the Lucky Bean. When we left, my son left his sling bag behind. We were already at the City Mall when we realised the sling bag was not there. We immediately rushed back to the Lucky Bean and the staff gave us back the bag and all the contents were untouched. I want to thank them for being honest and polite. We will surely visit this restaurant again in the near future.
Went there on Friday night after dinner around 8pm, packed. Ordered the taufu far, texture very smooth. Cozy deco but indoor is a small place, not spacious everybody can hear everybody.
Not very busy here. Good selection of dessert and bubble tea.
Came here specially for the Salted Caramel Waffle .. portion was big..all things were right except for the sauce..it was different. after giving feedback to the supervisor, he went to find out what went wrong and explained that the sauce was undercooked.. LATER came bk with a complimentary beverage. He made an effort to settle the issues ..I gv him 10/10 for his effort n attitude!... WAY TO GO!
The ambience is good! I tried the mango pamelo yogurt ball dessert. It was yummy!
