The worst indian food I had ever seen in Indian Restaurant. They really don’t know how to make Indain Punjabi sabji. I will suggest don’t go at this place and waste your money for food. Even they’re deserve single star rating.
This place was the perfect fit for an Indian cuisine experience. Between the butter chicken and the duck curry it was absolutely delicious. The flavors are very bold and pair well with their rice and butter naan. Overall, it was a great experience. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will most definitely be returning in the future.
Horrible experience The food was awful beyond description.Whether it was malai kofta or chicken dish, everything was cooked in coconut milk and coconut oil.For the first time in my life i found pieces of gobhi ,eggplant and broccoli in malai kofta!!! On top of it the manager of the hotel was too busy to talk to his customers. The serving boy himself confessed this is the third complaint in the same day but he doesn’t know what to do as the boss knows about it already. Shall never forget this experience …a friendly suggestion, please eat before you go there
Most pathetic service and food. Shameless owner who doesn’t even have the courtesy to come and accept the mistake from his own staff. NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT will be a STRONG recommendation. Negative on hospitality as well. 1. Whoever is a chef doesn’t know anything about cooking close to authentic food. We felt like puking and kids also left it despite of hunger. After that we went to someother restaurant post paying entirely for the useless food at this restaurant. 2. Staff do not even know ‘how and what to’ serve when. Papads were served almost towards end despite of ordering first. Half cooked Naans were served much earlier than any dishes ordered. When we complained about it, within 5 mins same Naans were served back with lots and lots of garlic on top of it. 3. One of the staff member accidentally told that we were the 3rd ones complaining within this week. Wondering why these folks ignored feedback. Towards the end while leaving, we requested staff to call the owner. He deliberately didn’t come, and staff themselves suggested to put the feedback in google at max. Such a shameless people who are running an Indian restaurant and there is not even 1% anything Indian about it (neither food nor hospitality). There is no way this restaurant can be 4.4 which initially prompted us to try this one …In the end, we felt cheated going to this restaurant and will suggest whosoever reads this to avoid Imperial India Palace restaurant, and rather spend money on something other options around.
