We celebrated our fifty years together at Térra in Copenhagen, a 'zero waste ' restaurant with a refined gastronomic offer, essentially based on fish dishes combined with original vegetables and aromatic herbs. Valerio 's creativity in the kitchen (on sight), Lucia 's expert and exciting narration in the dining room, the attention to every detail and the impeccable service won us over from start to finish. The wine pairing (we opted for the 'small ' wine-pairing of three wines: Italian, French, Greek) turned out to be perfect. An unforgettable sensory experience made of harmony of flavors and a symphony of memorable tastes.
