A really friendly place to go, it was my birthday and the waiters were lovely and made it one of the best birthdays I have had. The food was excellent and I especially loved the national dish of Denmark! I would recommend to all

A very nice place, with lovely live music, great food and good mood. The French waiter was exceptional!

The atmosphere and staff were excellent, but I can’t say the same for the food, it was just average. Unfortunately, it was very expensive.

Nice restaurant with outside tables serving the National dish of Denmark: fried Pork which was a little dry, but very well prepared with excellent taste. A lot of locals go there regularly since it claim to be one of the best places to have this national dish in the city. The location is excellent with also outdoor seating right on Nyhaven’s street.

I can't reconcile the poor reviews with our experience here. Maybe differnet wait staff on different days? Or maybe reviewers are having a hard time getting the name of the restaurant correct, as all the places along the street kind of blend in to each other? We had an absolutely lovely dinner here. Our waiter was from Argentina, and he was so friendly and personable! He really made us feel welcome, and was knowledgable about the food and area. We opted for the sampler dinner, which gave us lots of traditional foods. We especially enjoyed the fish, herring and smoked salmon. But everything was delicious, and the service could not have been better.
