Hatoba - Koebenhavn

(Reclame) was invited by @brandarmies_dk and @hatobasushi to try Hatobas Tasting menu. Generally better beautiful and rich portions. Start with beautiful thick slices of sashimi. After this we followed delicious crispy chicken rolls. Consistent with rice paper with tempurastegt hagen. Before dessert beautiful nigiri, tataki, yellowtail and kaburimaki. The low point of the day was unfortunately the dessert. There was served a crème brûlée, which unfortunately was not crisp on the top and not very taste. It would be much more done having had a dessert on the menu that fit into the overall concept and not a French classic.

Fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated sushi. We ate a five-course taste menu with both sashimi, fresh spring rolls, spring rolls and sushi. The service was friendly and discreet. It is certainly not the last time I have eaten sushi on Hatoba.

Very good sushi at Bryggen at a sharp price. Their taste menu contains a little different. The best was clear the first “ret” consisting of thick sashimi. Creme brûléen could have been more crisp on top.

We ate their delicious taste menu with 5 dishes, drank a glass of white wine and a dark 'nstormy. Everything was just as it should be. The dishes were beautifully presented. The servants were attentive and smiling.

Very good sushi that contains very large pieces of fish and is not just rice. They are good for making gluten-free sushi and also have gluten-free soy. However, we have experienced a lot longer waiting than the order said, but have been compensated every time.
