Halifax - Koebenhavn

This is one of the better up-market burger places in Copenhagen. The location by 'Amager centeret ' could seem a little too mall-like, but as it is not situated inside the mall, you do not notice that, and if you ask to get a table with a view to the courtyard, this could have been placed by any square in the city, -except that it is not overly noisy. The food is good quality, but nothing out of the ordinary. From a service perspective, one put-down for me is that I am not asked, how I would like my meat, so it was a little too rare for me.

We were on a family holiday and visited Halifax for my sons birthday. The food was very good but the service was awful. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before any one came to speak to us. Once seated we were ignored, this was made worse by the fact that we were seated beside the bar area and could watch the waitress texting on her phone oblivious to the customers. It was almost 18 minutes before we were offered a menu. We would have left and gone elsewhere if we had known of anywhere else to go. When we finally ordered our food arrived quite quickly although some of it was missing. The burgers were delicious. The chips followed a while later. We chose this place because we thought it would be good as a birthday tea. Sadly the poor service really spoilt our experience

The restaurant was cozy and the service friendly and good. The food does not correspond to the price of my taste. Good choice for both children and adults, so it is positive.
