Luna - Ko Pha-Ngan

Wow! What an incredible dinner we’ve just had at Luna! The food was DELICIOUS. The service was incredible. The owner (a Frenchman) was the perfect host, providing little palette cleansers between meals. The ambience and decor is also stunning. 5 star rating, for sure. We will be back again. Beautiful location, restaurant, service really good but between 6 of us the food was awful, duck overcooked (we asked for rare) with no sear on the outside, dry and not juicy at all, strawberry ice cream tastes like the worst fake garbage ever, burger bun was from makro really bad, many other issues with food quality, will never go again. Our new favorite restaurant on Koh Phangan. The owner is meticulous about making sure meals are prepared to perfection. We tried several menu items over two dinners, including western and Asian dishes, including fresh grilled fish, chicken curry, prawns and salads. We especially enjoyed the extensive dessert options such as flambed bananas, homemade ice creams, and chocolate fondue. One of our favorite dishes was the shrimp and pomelo salad.
