Wendy's - Knoxville

These days, I'll give you five stars just for having your lobby open!! But the employees were friendly, my order was ready quickly, and the food was delicious. Thank you!

The staff was nice and the restaurant clean beyond that I don't know what to say it was fast food

I rarely give negative reviews, but the service we received today at this particular Wendy's was just ridiculous. We had to repeat our order multiple times. I can't eat bread, so I ordered a Bacon double stack with no bun and a sour cream and chive baked potato. My husband ordered a 4 for $4 with a double stack no onions or pickle. We also asked for ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. I was given two forks (no knife) to attempt to eat my bunless food. We were given two pepper pacers, and two each ketchup mustard and mayo... No salt at all, and my husband's burger had onions and pickle. The worst part was there were so many chives on my potato that it was completely green! There was a ¼ layer of chives covering the entire top and sides. It was insane. I'd already a bad day up to that point, so I didn't go back in to complain, I didn't want to explode all over the staff more than was justified. But I can tell you that it will be a long time before we order from that location again. If we ever do. The only reason I gave it as many stars as I did was because the burgers were good, as usual. But that was it.

My husband went to get lunch. He ordered a burger with out mustard and ketchup. When he got home both had mustard and ketchup. He took it back. He is on a certain diet and can't. have ketchup or mustard. They gave him two more burgers so he went to the car then looked at both burgers. They had ketchup and mustard. He went back in and got a refund. Everyone can't eat just anything you put in the bag. He then had to go to another place to get food.
