Wendy's - Knoxville

They have a new promotion. Any purchase comes with a free small Frosty. On this particular visit I chose the original Chicken Sandwich frees and... you guessed it.... the frosty. I was out helping my mother with her shopping. I don't remember what else she ordered; but, it came with.... that's right! A Frosty

The gentleman taking orders (I believe his name is Xavier) makes the wait worth it! Welcome to Wennnndyyyy's! He just makes you smile is always so pleasant. The crew is doing a great job at this location. Our order is almost always right and always fresh. Thank you!

Waited 40 minutes for our drive thru order. Couldn't leave because of the concrete barrier. Got home and entire order cold/burnt. I'm shocked a employee actually served this double hamburger. One Patty was burnt/dry the other wasn't even cooked all the way. I want a full refund of $21.37. Employees were probably laughing at the customers knowing they prepared food that way. I will never return to this location. Beyond horrible experience.

Went late at night. The line was long. Pretty sure there was one maybe 2 people working. Pretty sure the person who took my order was having to run back and forth between taking orders and making orders. As a result of the demand my burger was terrible. But the lady who took the order was so sweet and she was trying so hard. So pay her more or hire more people to work at night.

The Oak Ridge Wendys has gone down... Tonight I ordered the same burger that I ordered last Thursday at the Western Avenue Wendy's. It was a big thick burger, it was delicious.. The one tonight looked like a sausage and Biscuit... Their large drinks have shrunk ,looks like a medium.. Wasn't happy at allFood: 4/5
