Wendy's - Knoxville

When I got there it was 1 and they were busy. Line moved quickly and and our order was taken by a very friendly young lady. Food came up quick, and was so hot and fresh it was hard to eat because I couldn't wait for it to cool. Order was correct and the food was was delicious. Brought chili home because it never cooled.

Literally have not eaten Wendy's chicken sandwich in almost a decade. The crust seems to have changed a little bit, being less crenulated now. Otherwise still a jam up fast food chicken sandwich.

The food was fresh and good. It was nice to have someone taking my order that actually cared if I was getting what I wanted. I ended up being complicated and changing up my order but was completely taken care of. Here lately I do not get good food or good service at most restaurants but I did here . Thank you

Very clean, very professional staff, and the food was all hot and properly prepared, and tasty.. This is hands down one of the best Wendy's in Knoxville, and they make the best Arnold Palmer; I swear it. The absolute worst Wendy's in Knoxville is Broadway/Lincoln Park.

Food was good. Drive thru staff was great. An employee mopping the lobby needed to pull up his pants.
