The Tomato Head Downtown - Knoxville

Very nice restaurant in a centralized part of the city, by gay st. I liked the simple device of the place. three stars, because our big sandwiches with fresh vegetables and tofu was just not worth the price of $12 them with a side of chips (or obst or byalat) though for $1. I also ordered a vegan chocolate chip cookie that they buy from a local bakery. the cookie tasted like the one my mother used to make.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the city. everything is always so fresh and tasty. I love how they have a lot of gluten-free and milk-free options as well. the

The pizza was delicious perfect crust and a tasty tomato sauce. We did, however, have to wait an hour for our food after ordering. Given it was a Friday night, and most places are hurting for help, I am giving them 4 stars anyway. Love their concept and would go back again!

Great place for vegans with a lot of nice options for lunch. The vibe is very cafeteria-like. Food was good.

Why in the world does this place have such great reviews?? Our food was not great between all 9 people only one liked what they had but said the portion was way too small and it was all over priced. We had to ask for everything, straws, silverware, refills ect. The servers were walking around on their phones and chatting in a group instead of taking care of the tables. Not a fan at all and will not be back
