The Cheesecake Factory Knoxville Bearden Hill

We made reservations and arrived just in time to walk by about 20 people waiting, and be taken straight to a table. I highly recommend reservations for busy meal times. Our waiter was very courteous and efficient. The mushroom swiss burger was excellent. Mushrooms were fresh, large, and grilled perfectly. The burger patty was thick and cooked to a perfect medium-well. Salad and fries were very good. The Ranch dressing is a little garlicy, which I love. Then the cheesecake. My wife and I shared one slice of the celebration cheesecake and it was great. We were so stuffed that we actually had to leave some because we couldn 't take another bite. I highly recommend this restaurant and the cheesecake! Please give me a like if my review helped.

The service was great at this location! Our waiter was incredible and was on top of things!! Our food was so good and our dessert was very good as well!! Food is expensive but well worth the price!! Highly recommend this place and this locations!!

Food was great, as always. I had the bang bang chicken and shrimp my personal face. I'm on low carb, so the easier graciously substituted out the rice for broccoli. The waiter was excellent had a great sense of humor and kept the sodas/ waters filled. The cheesecake was awesome (my husband I split the pineapple upside down slice I know, I said lie carb, but it IS Christmas!! It was amazing! Except for the wait (we had reservations, and waited at least half an hour longer everything else was excellent.

Great food. A variety of foods and dessert on the extended menu. Usually a long wait time in the evening so plan on leaving your phone number with them and go shopping around the mall. You will get a text when your table is ready. It's worth the wait. We've been to 13 Cheesecake Factory restaurants throughout the U. S. Wanted to add that Jasmine is an amazing staff member. She is smiling and so positive; she made our meal tonight fantastic. 12/28/2023
