Delicious <3 They have a good selection of flavors, with the option to swirl tasty pairs like strawberry and cheesecake or orange and vanilla. The topping selection is also plentiful. Downside? little pricey $8ish a cup), to-go cups with lids aren?t consistently available, seating is limited on busy weekend nights, and the music isn?t always kid-friendly i.e. ?Sex and Candy? was playing on our last visit).

This place is very dirty and this teenage brat of a girl was on her phone not paying attention and she offered to give me free yogurt if, and I quote ? hurry up slow poke!? Also the chocolate ice cream was very nasty.

I brought my 8 year old son to this place for a special treat and it was absolutely ruined due to hateful workers that were cussing in front of my kid and also left messes in the floor instead of sweeping it up. The floor was a disaster and when we left, our shoes were sticky on the bottoms. This needs to be fixed and I?m very angry that a fun day was ruined by poor service. Not the bosses fault, just poor workers with zero work ethic and lazy mentality?s

After having a great first Sweet Frog experience days before in SC, I was looking forward to another visit. This was so disappointing. The yogurt and little toppings we had tasted fine. The selction of toppings was sad in comparison to the other Sweet Frog we went too. Half of the spaces here were empty. The restaurant itself was so dirty and dusty. Unfortunately, this was a one time visit to this location.

This used to be my favorite place for froyo in Knoxville, but it's gone down hill significantly. Before walking in, it's easy to tell how dirty it is. The froyo pumps are sticky and gross. Barely any toppings, and not fresh. Syrup bottles are covered in dried syrup. The tables are clearly dirty as is the floors. I'll be on the hunt for a new froyo shop.
