Subway - Knoxville

This place is extremely clean very nice people. If you want to have a good clean experience at subway this one is the one to choose. 100% happy 5 stars.

We have been to maybe 100 subways and they are pretty much identical. This one was no exception. But they did build a good double meal BLT (my go to sandwich at Subway) she also knew what EXTRA mayo meant and j did not have to ask them to keep putting in more mayo. She for it right the first time. All in all is was a good event

Manager here is great. He is a very nice and attentive employee. However, I did a mobile order around 8pm on a Sunday evening. I made sure they didn?t close before then. When I arrived, my order was hanging on the door with the store closed. I appreciate the effort, but I would have liked a call from the store informing me the store is closing instead of having my food on the door. Also, why is this store closing 2 hours early than posted on the store front and website?

Bread half baked, missing toppings (how the heck are you out of onions?! . Employee was in the car upon arrival talking on the phone and continued the conversation while building my sandwich. Like others have stated, go to firehouse just up the road.

I bought a steak sandwich there the other day and was really disappointed how much the quality of meat had gone down. I wouldn't eat there again.
