Subway - Knoxville

This is a very clean, cozy place and the manager the only one there today) was cheerful and efficient and made us lovely sandwiches! Highly recommend stopping in!

The person taking my order was very rude. She didn't heat my meat up and did cut it like I asked her to do. I had to ask her more than once to make my sandwich with an order that she got over the phone she still made me wait even though the order was the same thing I was having.

Just picked up to go order. While it was being made asked for salt and pepper added to it and she said she wasn't allowed to add salt and pepper to the sandwich I just paid for ?

Very nice employee helped me get the best value for my money.

Some shifts you see only one pour soul running the whole store and dealing with rude customers, some shifts you will see two people working and its semi unfair to the rest of the other workers stuck working alone especially during rushes! I get wanting to save money on labor but don't make other hard working people of your company be at the short end of the stick!
