Red Lobster Knoxville Merchant Drive

The food was good, but we ordered baked potatoes and were told the person who was in charge of them was there so they didn’t have any.

We were not local so it was nice to find a red lobster who was travelling on ours. eating was delicious as usual. the waitress was very accommodating and gracious. the manager asked if everything was good. this is what a great restaurant does to ensure that their customers are satisfied and will come back and forth again. always a guard.

Used open table to plan our time, arrived on time and waited about min to get space when the couple that was before us checked in, had no scheduled time and also wait a minute. at this point, what is the advantage of using a termination app no matter, eating was fantastic, very good and the service was in order. we had to remind the waiter to refill the drink and he wasn't a cup to go when he was asked. he also left the ice for the to-go chocolate wave cakes we ordered.

Service was slow and had to ask multiple times for things. Talapia fish entrees were cold and fishy. One entree came out after the rest of us were almost finished. Just not a good experience. We used to like red lobster but after this we will not be going back.

The open table priority seating on New Year’s Eve was great. We were seated in Five minutes!
