Pizza Palace - Knoxville

Food was awesome! I have been searching for a good pizza and wing place since we moved back from middle TN and this place is the new spot for us. You drive up to a spot like sonic has order and they bring it to your car. The wings are lightly breaded and wecant find that anywhere near us, i don't usually care a whole lot for spaghetti but their's was spot on and the pizza is so danggood! If you happen to be on magnolia stop and give it a try, it is so worth it.

We've been going here for over 40 years to get some of the best Italian food in town. Part of the dining experience is eating on the curb. Be sure your try their onion rings. The pasta and sandwiches are delecious. Such a welcome change from the hustle andbustle of every day.

Heard about this place while visiting Knoxville and looking into must stop in places. It?s an order to go type of place. We got a small pizza, spagetti with meat sauce and grilled chicken salad and all of it was wonderful. It was super reasonably priced,great portions and amazing quality. The salad has as much meat as lettuce, which we appreciated. Super kind staff. Thankful tohave found this gem. We didn?t try the onion rings, but they looked amazing!

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza, whole order of onion rings, a chicken strip basket w onions rings, a their special combination salad. We loved the nostalgia, vibe of this place, old school ordering system! The pizza was fresh delicious.The chicken strips with their sweet sour sauce was delicious as well. As for the combination salad it was just lettuce,tomato, cheese with your choice of dressing but it was a good also. The onion rings were our favorite out of it all. I wouldcome here just for those crispy, fresh, huge onions rings! I?ve never liked onions rings until trying their onion rings) Ionly have 2 complaints. First is we when she brought our food out we noticed it was missing our whole huge order of onion rings when my husband went inside to tell them they forgot them the lady said I know they were on there which they wasn?t it was thechicken strips basket with onion rings that she was referring to thought that?s what it was. They did make us a fresh orderbut she was trying to make it seem like we was lying about it. I just wanted what I paid for! Especially if the onion rings were$6.25 well worth it might I add) Secondly with all of the food and onion rings we had they didn?t give us any ketchup so my sonwent in to get some ketchup and they literally gave him 3 packets and said that?s all they could give him if he wanted anymorethat it would be $1 per a tiny cup! That to me was insane! 3 little packets of ketchup for all of the onion rings we had andthen my other sons chicken strips onion rings! Other than those 2 things everything was great. So when we go again we willbring our own ketchup for our onion rings!

There?s a reason pizza palace is famous. Their pizza is worth the atm trip to get cash for(they don?t take cards. I don?t know how they do it, but the onion rings are perfectly cooked every single time. You never take a bite and end up dragging the onionout of its breading, it?s so soft and done to perfection that you get a clean bite every try. For sure a well worth detour offI40 for a great meal.
