Resturant wasn't crowded at all; in fact we were the only people dining in at the time. I walked over to the front counter and a guy was busy making pizzas, etc I told him we wanted to dine in and did I need to order there or could we just have a seat. He told me to have a seat and someone would be with us. Dining room was freezing cold; this is December folks! I understand the workers may get hot around the pizza ovens but come on don't freeze your dine in customers to death. We sat there at least 5 minutes freezing and finally just decided to walk out.This is the second bad experience I've had with Pizza Hut and both locations on chapman highway! both locations doesn't seem to want to wait on dine in guests anymore; they make you feel like you're in their way a burden on them. If you guys want to be a carry out only restaurant then I suggest that's what you need to do and just close your doors and only allow pick up via drive through like the one in Sevierville. I will be giving my business to snappy tomato from here out since they reopened their pizza buffet and seem eager to wait on their dine in guests.
Just left the Chapman Hwy. Store waitress was rude. Ask for sweet tea w/ lemon. She said we don't have lemon.... And I would have to make tea .. mind you it was 630, dinner time. and no tea???!!. and we are going to another place for pizza... We work hard for our money. Would at least like to be respected when we come in to spend our money.
Order here at your own risk. Orderd my food at 2:20 p.m, it was supposed to arrive at 2:59 p.m. I called this store at 3:30 p.m because I hadn't received my food and was placed on hold, and after 10 minutes they ended the call without saying a word. At 3:47 p.m I received a text say that my order had been given to a door dash driver. Called the store again, to figure out what happened got put on hold again for 20 minutes. After being on hold for a total of 40 minutes, I still haven't gotten any kind of response from them. Absolutely despicable.
I was ordering pizza for my crew as soon as they opened. Jama was prepping food, making pizzas, and answering calls yet handled my order efficiently. We didn't know what we wanted and she was super patient/informative. The Detroit style pizza came quickly, hot, and is probably my new favorite. Overall, the best pizza hut experience I've had.
Horrible. Horrible. Worse experience. Waited about an hour and the lady refused to serve me. I order third party and they called the restaurant 3 times to confirm. They lady refused to pick up the phone for me. She simply did not want to serve me. I was really nice and considerate but she wasn’t. I had to go to another location.
