O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Knoxville

Food was great, service was good. It was a bit more crowded than I expected, but it was lunchtime, and we usually go in the hours. But don't wait for a table. Overall, very good experience. Would definitely visit again.

Husband and I went on a Friday night, relatively busy. The young staff did a great job to get tables cleaned quickly, seating and servers were attentive. Young workers nowadays get a bad rap, but this staff of under 30 years kept this restaurant running like a finely tuned motor- great work! The food was good and plentiful. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

First, I've loved Charlie's. Go to this place for lunch directly at 1 o'clock on 06/10/2022. I took my wife and two daughters. Our waitress who got our drinks was not very polite to say the least. We were ready to order. I started placing our orders. I just asked about the western burger, and instead of Pommes I wanted the Jack wedges. Every place I've ever been has done that. Even the one I was from the state. Anyway, I didn't want to make much of it. My daughter, who she is almost 3 years old, decided she was dead. Each parent knows if a toddler says that they need potty to take you em. Rather, they use the bathroom or not. We go to the bathroom, just to get back to our table completely erased. And they told me I thought you were gone. We didn't even get our food. That was beyond an inconvenience. I am very disappointed at this point.

I had the salmon serloin combo with asparagus and salad. Salad was very fresh and the food was good. The salmon skin was kind of charred. I wouldn't have ordered it that way, but I really liked it. My whole group was happy.

A great sit down restaurant with a simple menu of salads, chicken tenders, burgers, etc. We were seated right away and greeted within a few minutes. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She refilled our drinks and delivered our food within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was clean and the menu items were fairly priced. We will definitely be back for another visit!
