Mcdonald's - Knoxville

They have the best Manager there that works with his people and not put his workers down. We have noticed several times that every thing seems to run efficiently there and everyone is so nice from the drive thru to the dining room. We always make it a point to try to always stop there on our way home to get good food that is prepared well and correctly! Everyone that works there needs a good raise with lots of praise! Thanks to all that works there!

I don't frequent this McDonald's often but everytime I come here the staff are very sweet. I appreciate their work ethic and they work hard! I always get a different person at the drive thru and they always share that good attitude, they need a raise!

It’s says open 24 hour drive thru and they’re lying. They open at 4:50AM

The management needs to work on customer service in this place. I was ignored more than spoke to but they had time for other things not sure what was so interesting around the corner by the husky safe(? . Usually customers matter!

This is the closest location near us so we go to this one all the time usually have no problem the other day when me and my mother ordered food the worker was very rude shoved the food to my mom because she told them we got the wrong drink when she asked for ketchup she threw it at us a worker flipped us off and when my mom asked to speak to someone he came over and told us to never come back.Maybe train your workers better instead of blaming the customer.
