Yep we kind of miss going to Crystal's but you found this one be like the prices and the food is delicious reasonable and need to try it out sometime

Food yummy but did. Mess up but fixed it and would recommend u eating there lovely people

We waited at the ordering board for 15 minutes without any response, so we decided to pull around to the window. There, we noticed two workers sitting in their car smoking. A heavyset woman came inside and took our order. After waiting another 10 minutes for six Krystals fresh off the grill and a small fry, we found that the fries were soggy and the Krystals had all the toppings on them. I won’t be returning. - RON

I received cold food and couldn't reach anyone to address my concerns. I ordered 12 Krystal burgers with cheese, but they were so old that the edges were dry and the buns were crunchy. The worst part was that the soggy section of the bun was almost black from sitting out too long. It truly redefined the phrase "held till sold." The cheese didn't even melt. I'm really disappointed, especially since this is my favorite restaurant.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the night staff! I ordered food through Uber Eats on Saturday night, June 18, 2022, and I was very impressed. The food was fresh and beautifully packaged, with all of my sauces included. If anyone sees this, thank you so much!
