Knox Dough is the best Ice Cream and Cookie Dough experience there is in Tennessee ! It’s a privately owned professional business! All the staff is always welcoming and remember me every time I go. If you haven’t tried this amazing Ice Cream it’s a must when visiting Knoxville! You can tell the passion and love put into each creation!

Great treats and great people! They were pretty busy but we still got waited on pretty quickly. There are several things to choose from, cookie dough of course, ice cream with mix ins, shaved ice...I think I'm forgetting a couple more. I highly recommend the TN Trash cookie dough (it's not trash). Will definitely be back.

We LOVE Knox Dough! We 've been coming for years after discovering them at a teacher appreciation event. Wonderful cookie dough! I never eat it all my TN Trash in the store, so I take it home freeze it for a tasty midnight snack. Definitely a fun, family-friendly snack destination.

This place is awesome! I’ve had their cookie dough, of course, and it’s amazing. I’ve also had their rolled ice cream, which is SO good. Their pizza Cones are AMAZING! I’ve never seen anything like them, they are deep fried and delicious!
