There was a piece of napkin or cardboard in my food bc it wasn?t edible. I called them and tried to get a refund but they only offered a freemeal? I don?t want to eat there again. That is unacceptable. I called again today trying to speak to the manager and shewouldn?t give me a refund because I left a bad review? seriously? This is bad business. Don?t eat there. Also they said it wasthe to go box container?s fault? they is not true. The to go box was clear plastic and the item I found in my food was brown.
WOW. I absolutely love this place I am so excited to finally find a good Thai place in Knoxville! I wish they had their own parking lot, but it?s worth the hassle especially considering how nice the owners are. I cant wait to try everything
I’m a big fan of crab Rangoons, but these were a disappointment. They lacked filling, tasted off, and had a strange texture, making them seem stale. I also ordered chicken pad Thai, but the noodles were overly mushy and everything just stuck together. Even the peanuts served on the side were soft. The Thai tea, however, was enjoyable.
Another downside was their to-go containers, which had a hole in the lid and caused some leakage onto the paper straw and the container for my drunken noodles. Despite this, I really enjoyed the food overall. The fact that the soup was broth instead of coconut-based and the leaking containers were my only complaints. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion of the drunken noodles was generous enough for me to have several meals for lunch. The Thai tea was perfect as well. So, while there were a few minor things I didn't appreciate, the overall experience was great. I would suggest improving the delivery aspect of the soup and updating the picture on UberEATS to reflect its actual contents.
This small, budget-friendly restaurant near the campus offers a fast food-style ordering experience. Although the staff was quite friendly, I found the food to be disappointing. My Thai chili tofu arrived cold from the kitchen, the sauce was watery, the vegetables lacked seasoning, and the tofu was overcooked and tasted stale. It definitely didn't offer any authenticity and wasn't even a good Americanized take on Thai cuisine.
