Happy Garden - Knoxville

This may be the best Chinese food I've ever tasted. The Ma Po Tofu arrived piping hot, even with delivery. The flavors were exceptionally fresh, and the fried rice was outstanding.

For just around $10, this buffet and drink combo is unbeatable! I can't resist those green beans—they always hit the spot!

I absolutely love this place! My family and I really enjoy the takeout buffet containers. The family that owns this restaurant is wonderful, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is phenomenal!

The staff were rude, I asked for 3 boxes and was given 2, I had to ask for an extra one. I had to ask for another box because one of them had a dead moth in it. I got done and went to the counter to get a bag and the employee ignored me, never looked up or said a word, and just threw a bag on the counter in front of me. I said please, thank you, and was very polite. The containers were very shallow, the food was bland and tasteless. This place used to be really good but it's went way downhill.

I went to eat at the Happy garden today and I must say I was shocked at just how inedible the food is I got the buffet to go at the register I was told there was no soup on the buffet so I couldn't get a bowl for to go but yet there was soup on the buffet and was charged extra for it but that is not a problem compared to the rest. Nothing I got from the buffet you could even eat. Horrible could not chew it eat it and The taste was awful. Will never go back.
