If I could leave zero stars, I would, as this is no way to run a business. Of course, wait an hour to let me know you can’t make my order so all the other restaurants in the area can close and leave me with nothing to eat for dinner.
They're facing the problem a lot of places are in not having enough staff, so the company that built pizza delivery can't. I realize it's out of their hands to some extent, but I'm deleting the app from my phone after this post.
They NEVER listen to my order. How hard is it to read an online order? I get the garlic seasoned crust EVERY TIME and they NEVER put it on. Maybe one out of three times they do it.
My experience with ordering pizza from here has been horrible. The only reason I keep up with this is because I can order pizza near where I work. But downtown is the worst!!!!
