Cook Out - Knoxville

I found a piece of hair in my food and there was still more in the food. My mom also bite into her ranch bacon wrap and the bacon was raw. We love cookout but I shouldn?t of had to spend my money on that.

I ordered a cheddar-style burger, and I never requested extra onions, but it seems like they intentionally added a whole onion! I keep coming back to this place in hopes that they will improve, but every time, either the food is disappointing or the staff is quite rude. I think it's time for us to stop giving them chances and drive a bit further to another restaurant. They really need to get their act together.

I've encountered a recurring issue with this particular cookout, but usually it's just one or two of the quesadillas I order. However, this time all four of my quesadillas arrived cold, to the extent that the cheese hadn't even fully melted, and the tortillas were hard and definitely not heated. This is unacceptable and a waste of money.

The food is served quickly after you place your order, and it always tastes great! However, the milkshakes are truly the highlight! They also have a double drive-thru for added convenience. Plus, the staff is always incredibly friendly!

Inconsistency can occur, but I'm just glad they're open late.
