Cici's Pizza - Knoxville

This restaurant was such a disappointment it hurts. The floors was sticky, there was flies buzzing around my table, and the whole restaurant felt gross. I wouldn't even call the cheap greasy filled pizza edible. The mac and cheese pizza hurt to look at and hurt even more to eat. The pasta on the pizza was hard and stale. Even the photo of pizza used on the advertising looks sad. I hate to say this, because I remember this place from when I was young and optimistic but this place sucks. I have no clue how this place can remain dirty while two employees clean the floors, but it can. I can't even complement the pizzerias arcade because it is the size of a broom closet and lacks the arcade part. I might be projecting because my feet still stick to the ground but my favorite thing about this cici's pizza was leaving. Unsatisfied customer. Ps. The bathroom was very dirty and the mirror was missing

Food was old and dry, this place has went down dramatically. Seemed the only way to get a fresh pizza was to order a special one. The cinnamon pizza was the best part of the meal. It was fresh. I got a salad and the Italian dressing was empty so I laid it on the top of the counter and an employee walked right by and stood where I laid it and didn't even notice it. Sweet tea was empty and so was the lemonade my husband had to drink a soda which he don't usually

Not that CiCi?s was never known for great pizza, the quality of the food continues to go down and the prices continue to rise. This was probably my last visit. Not to mention that two hours prior to closing, they had 75% of the seating closed off so they didn?t have much to clean when they closed. They also closed the restrooms an hour before closing.

The staff was friendly and that is the only decent thing. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and just went somewhere else. Like many of the others, I haven't eaten here in years and honestly I remember it being decent. Boy could I not be more wrong. The whole restaurant is filthy for starters, the pizza looks like they dip in a bucket of grease before they put it out, and the cinnamon rolls are about half raw. They make little Caesars look like a 5 star restaurant. I was literally using a napkin to dab the grease off my one piece of pizza that I ate. Sure people will argue that it's cheap and so on, but I shouldn't have to wonder if I'll get food poisoning if I eat the food. I wish the health inspector could have been there tonight to see the state of the restaurant. My recommendations, heed my warning and everyone else's. We ain't kidding when we say it is filthy, and it's also not good food. It lacks flavor, and I only gave the staff two stars because being nice alone doesn't get you five stars. They should have to keep the place clean at least

Came for my birthday free buffet reward.The app states it’s good for 14 days, and still redeemable on the app. But they stated they only accept it the day of.Been going to other locations for years, first time getting rejected.
