Chick-fil-a - Knoxville

This franchise seems to be the worst managed in East Tennessee. I placed a mobile order and received confirmation in the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, they asked for my name, then inquired about my order, only to repeat the same question moments later. After that, I was asked to pull forward, where I waited for another 15 minutes. I ended up calling the store to check on my grilled nuggets, which had apparently gone cold. Shortly after, a young man came to my window but had the wrong order. When I finally received my order — which I didn't check — I was informed that there was a coupon in the bag. However, once I got home, I discovered that the coupon and the two ice creams I had paid for were missing. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for my experiences here lately.

I had the mocha cold brew with my lunch, and it was incredibly delicious!

The negative reviews are accurate. This location is exceedingly slow and the staff is not friendly. I won’t be returning.

Chick fi la peach milkshake should be added to menu for ordering all year long! Second visit this week!

Yet another fast, perfect CFA experience.....I'm starting to think I'll NEVER have a bad CFA experience anywhere.
