Burger King - Knoxville

Good value for the money. Always quick and easy meal.

Dining room closed but drive- thru open. BK has some of the best burgers and the jalapeno bites are awesome!

My grandma and I come to this Burger King everyday for the most part, we get great service. The food is sometimes not cooked perfect. I want to point out a worker, Albert or Al. He always makes us smile and laugh. He is what makes us come back to this Burger King specifically.

Have visited this location twice over the past few days and regardless of the time of day/evening, I can ultimately say the employees zero customer service skills. From getting orders incorrectly to seemingly have an attitude just for showing up.

BK is and always will be a favorite fast food organization... As long as they do not exclude customers with no car from the drive thru (according to rumors), they will continue to reap large market share. Of course, they must continue providing high quality food and service. This BK met all my expectations! Keep up the good work guys!
